One whole sprite. Every angle.
A firing pose should change the way a survivor aims, never their anatomy. Rebuilding running combat and fixing the size jump.
Developer build / First mission

Two survivors.
One way out.
B-more is overrun. The infected are armed. Get Gruge and Vicki through the invasion together.
Playable in your browser. Solo or local co-op.

01 / The survivors
An old Flash game. A new fight through the zombie apocalypse.
Gruge and Vicki are trying to make it through the streets of B-more. Play either survivor, switch between them in solo play, or give each one to a friend in local co-op.
The pair stays at the heart of the game: Gruge’s black jacket and rifle, Vicki’s red mini dress and heels, and two very good reasons to reach the evacuation gate.
How the remake began02 / In the streets
Cracked roads, abandoned cars, shifting light, and infected that do more than shamble toward you.
View screenshot Duck and fire. Run and shoot diagonally. Use independent aim to cover the opposite direction without stopping.
Blade carriers, gunners, and bomb throwers bring different threats. Break an infected apart and change the fight.
Painted parallax scenery, visible sun and moon, day and night lighting, and a textured B-more city map.

03 / Development journal
A firing pose should change the way a survivor aims, never their anatomy. Rebuilding running combat and fixing the size jump.
Clear skies, painted streets, a textured city map, and infected that fight back. Building a world around the first mission.
An unfinished zombie game became the starting point for a playable browser remake, with two survivors at its center.
B-more is waiting.
